All pets must be fully vaccinated within the last six months for

Distemper,
Hepatitis,
Leptospirosis,
Parvovirus and
Kennel Cough.

Your pet(s) are fully insured during their stay at Carneyhall Kennels. However, insurance does not cover veterinary fees incurred for conditions prevailing prior to boarding. Veterinary fees that may be incurred due to such conditions will be passed on to the owner.

All pets accepted at the owners risk. A condition of boarding is that your dog is in good health. Whilst we pride ourselves on the standard of care and attention your pet will receive, we cannot accept the responsibility for the loss or damage arising through illness or any other cause. However if your pet requires a prescribed diet, medication or injection, we are happy to provide this service. There are no extra charges for pets requiring medication or 24hr nursing care.

Payment must be made, in full, on collection of your pet. Should any dog remain uncollected 3 weeks after the agreed end date of its booking stay, the proprietors reserve the right to assume ownership, and take any action they consider reasonable to re-home the dog.

Boarding rates are on a daily basis and are charged from first day of stay and include the day of collection. There is no charge for the final day if your pet is collected before 11am.

All prices are inclusive of food, treats, heating, bedding and insurance. You are welcome to bring your pets toys, bedding (no bean bags!), special treats that may help him or her feel more at home during their stay.

Delivery and collection times outside of opening hours, must be by prior arrangement.



Grooming Parlour Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a dog that presents a risk of injury to itself or our staff.

Original proof of inoculation is produced upon arrival.

The dog is fit and healthy. Grooming of sick or elderly dogs is entirely at owners risk. Grooming may expose underlying skin or health problems that we cannot be held liable for.

All pets accepted at the owner’s risk. We pride ourselves on the standard of care and attention your pet will receive, however in the event of injury or illness a vet may be called and we cannot accept the responsibility for the loss or damage arising through such circumstances.

Payment must be made, in full, on collection of your pet. Estimates are based on an average dog of the breed. However owners must remember some dogs will require extensive extra work. In these situations additional work will be charged for on an hourly basis.

Owners must collect dogs at time agreed. Uncollected dogs may be charged a day care fee.

Shaving of dogs will dramatically change their appearance and the hair will be very short and close to the skin. This may expose pre-existing skin complaints. Your written permission will be required to shave off a matted coat.

Under no circumstances do we accept sedated dogs.
